Happy Pride!

Pride Month is such a special time of year – and this weekend there’s a celebration very close to my heart: Pride In London. I have so many incredible memories of celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community in my home city, and while I’m sad to be missing it this year, I’ll be there in spirit.

Pride is also an important reminder of how much work still needs to be done to make the world a safer place for all. So, in this week’s newsletter, we interview three activists fighting Uganda’s anti-homosexuality laws, and spotlight the FemmeHive Project – an initiative supporting Trans women in Nigeria. There’s also a queer-friendly guide to Warsaw. I hope you take something meaningful away from this issue.
