The World’s Happiest City: My Top 5 Food Tips For Copenhagen

As I write this, I’m just back from Copenhagen. Knowing how busy the next few months are going to be, with so many amazing things to come, my friends and I wanted to take a trip to have some quality time together – there is little on earth that brings me more happiness than exploring and laughing with my best friends. And what a place to do it!  

There’s just something about Copenhagen that hooks you in – it’s one of my favourite cities to visit. Maybe it’s the minimalist design, the wonderful locals, the incredible fashion and food or the fact that it’s regularly named the happiest city in the world. I’m feeling inspired by my visit to channel some of that happiness in this issue, filled with uplifting reads.
